Returns Policy
We accept all items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted items. For your protection we would recommend the order is sent back on recorded / trackable service. Once the item has been received we will either process a full refund or send an alternative product you have requested.
Standard Delivery - 2-5 Working Days*
Orders over £25 are delivered FREE! Orders below £25 incur a delivery cost of £3.95.
Standard deliveries are sent via Evri and arrive within 2-5 working days.
Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days*
Orders over £50 are delivered FREE with Express Delivery! Orders below £50 incur a delivery cost of £4.95.

Express deliveries are sent via Evri and arrive in 1-2 working days.

Next Day Delivery*
Orders over £75 are delivered FREE with Next Day Delivery! Orders below £75 incur a delivery cost of £7.95.

Next Day deliveries are sent via Yodel.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within one working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday*.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email including delivery method, carrier and tracking number. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or anytime on Weekends/Bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
High Value or Weight
Delivery of high-value orders will require a signature on arrival, regardless of the delivery option.

Delivery of large orders, typically weighing over 5kg, are subject to a delivery fee for non-mainland addresses (excluding The Isle of Wight).
*Does not include weekends or bank holidays. Deliveries to remote or off mainland postcodes may result in extended delivery times.
** Next Day Deliveries are only available to UK mainland addresses, and also exclude some remote Highland postcodes.
