1-2 Capsules per day a day with meals, according to individual needs. Do not exceed stated dose.

Note: We would recommend starting with 1 capsule a day and increasing to 2 capsules over a number of weeks, or as directed by a healthcare practictioner. Suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian.
