Turmeric and Black Pepper Capsules

1-2 Capsules per day a day with meals, according to individual needs. Do not exceed stated dose.

We would recommend starting with 1 capsule a day and increasing to 2 capsules over a number of weeks, or as directed by a healthcare practictioner.

Note: Do not take these capsules, if you are taking blood thinning medication. Do not take more than 2 capsules per day.
